Hello everyone!
My name is Lina. I was born in Germany, spent my early childhood in China, and returned to Germany at the age of nine, where I’ve been living ever since. Although Chinese is my native language which I can speak fluently, I have to admit that my German has become even stronger. It's almost like a second native language to me.
I’m eager to improve my English (currently at a B1/B2 level) and French (A2 level) and would love to find language exchange partners to help me. In return, I can assist you with learning German or Chinese.
I enjoy playing the piano, staying active by playing tennis and badminton, and I have a passion for baking and travelling. I’m excited to find someone who is as motivated as I am to learn languages and build a great language exchange partnership. If you’re interested in learning together and having interesting conversations, feel free to reach out!

Hi! My name is Antonina. I was born in Ukraine and lived more than 20 years in Germany. My mother tongues are Ukranian and Russian but I also speak German fluently and could help you to improve yourself in one of these languages.
My hobbies are reading, listening to music and playing guitar.
Learning languages is my passion. I would be happy to practice my Hebrew (my level is B1) and Japanese (level A2).
I also started to study Irish via DuoLingo and am searching for a Tandem Partner, who is also interested in learning this beautiful language. My dream is to read „Harry Potter agus Órchloch“.

Hey, my German name is Verena, but you can also call me 游晗. I'm a native German speaker, who is fluent in English, looking for someone to practice languages with. I'm mostly focusing on Chinese (Mandarin (simplified)) & my current level is around HSK5 / B1-2. My French is roughly at a B1 level. I also dabble in Korean and Swahili, but I am definitely putting more effort into Mandarin and French.
I graduated from law school eight years ago (studied political science and law) and I'm now working full time.
My hobbys are: reading (fiction (novels), non-fiction, sometimes poetry), listening to music (I love a lot of different genres, such as Indie, Alternative, Folk, Rock, Pop, Classical music, Hip Hop, Jazz), cooking (plant-based) and baking, jogging and going to the gym, watching dramas (I tell myself it's for language learning purposes...), playing the Ukulele/Piano (though not as much as I want to), painting/drawing (mostly aquarell), and, of course, learning languages. I also developed a strong love for houseplants over the last couple of months and my apartment looks more and more like a small urban jungle.
Please feel free to contact me, if you want to learn German and/or English and you are a native or fluent Mandarin Chinese or French speaker.
xx
(After being on this site for a while I guess the following truly is necessary (:D): I already have a boyfriend and I am _not_ looking for something other than a platonic relationship. I'm happy to make friends of any gender though. :) )

hello, i am sydney from germany. im still relatively young but trying to work on my mandarin chinese (traditional) and korean. i‘d say i‘m a beginner in mandarin (like hsk1-hsk2 in old test standards) and can understand korean pretty well but struggle with grammar and dont have the biggest vocabulary.
in exchange I‘d gladly write in english and/or german with you and help you learn each language.
i dont do voice chat/live chat because thats too private for me.
i‘m hoping to primarily connect with people around my age but still shoot me a message even when youre not.

はじめまして!
Hi, I'm Samuel from Salzburg, Austria. As I'm interested in Japan (Anime, history, culture, etc.), I started studying the Japanese on my own last year. I've been to Japan in April and I plan to go again in November (Tokyo). I would like to improve my language skills as much as possible. Since I have very irregular working hours, I'm quite flexible in regard of finding time to talk.
My native language is German, but my English is also on a good level (C2). If you are interested in Austrian dialects, history or culture I can also help with those.
I think my Japanese is somewhere between N5 and N4, but I haven't taken a test yet.
よろしくお願いします。
