I have been learning Japanese for a little over a year now and am now making an attempt to practice speaking with others in order to make meaningful progress. My japanese is slow and honestly quite terrible but I think I will be able to improve immensily by talking to someone other than myself.
I am not a English teacher but despite that I will do my best to help you improve your English regeardless of your level.
