Language.Exchange

I am a Chinese doctor who has just arrived in the United States for further training. Urgently need to improve my English listening and conversation skills. I desire to receive better training here, become a better doctor, and better help people out of pain. But the language barrier makes it hard for me. I hope to find someone who is keen to help me with English in exchange for my assistance with Mandarin.
