Hello!

My name is Jake and I am an english native from Canada.
日本語を勉強しています。

I am currently learning Japanese through full immersion and dedicate a lot of time to language learning everyday. This means I watch/listen a lot of Japanese media and read as much of the language as I can. I do an intense amount of daily study on vocab, kanji, and grammar. I love learning about the culture too!

I’m going to be travelling to japan to stay for a few weeks sometime in 2020 and 2021 so I’m looking to get some practice in!

I'm very determined to become fluent. I would love to chat with a native to make sure what I'm learning is correct and to ask questions about culture/language. I’d love to also hang out and become friends if you’d like!

I would also love to help out anyone learning english in any way I can. I don’t mind working through any questions no matter how difficult they may seem. If you need help feel free to contact me! I’m available at most times of day as my job allows it.

I love music, art, games, programming, designing, music, music production, photography, language learning, and game development. I also love movies, anime and TV. I'm sure there's something we could talk about! :)

If you like to play games I’m sure we can play! I like all kinds of games including Japanese ones. I have PC and PS4.
