I’m semi retired and started learning Spanish during lockdown thru an app and have done so everyday for 4 years. So I have a vocabulary and can read it but very poor with conversation so need to speak the language with a Spanish speaker and in turn help them speak English. Please help

Estoy semi-jubilado y empecé a aprender español durante el confinamiento con una aplicación, y lo he hecho a diario durante 4 años. Así que tengo vocabulario y puedo leer, pero tengo muy poca conversación, así que necesito hablar el idioma con alguien hispanohablante y, a su vez, ayudarle a hablar inglés. Por favor, ayuda.
