Hi, my name is Alec! I want to learn more about other cultures and improve my German. I also recently started learning Spanish and Icelandic to have a basis for upcoming travels. I am a native French speaker who is also fluent in English. Eventually, I would like to (re)start learning Japanese and Inuktitut, and maybe learn other languages, like Italian, Norwegian, Mongolian. Hello! I'm very new to language exchange and serious language study in general, so I can't offer much in the way of experience. However, I am fascinated by linguistics and I can find practically everything interesting, so chances are we'll be compatible. I can keep a somewhat awkward conversation going in Spanish and I can barely be qualified as a beginner in Finnish and Mandarin, but that won't stop me from trying my hardest to keep you engaged in every interaction we share.
