My name is Samantha. I'm 21 years old and I live in Calgary, in Canada.
I am looking for a language exchange partner to study Portuguese.
I'd be happy to help you to learn English, Spanish and French in exchange.
I'm a computer science student at UofC and it's my 3rd year in Calgary. I'm outgoing, honest and helpful in the ways I can. I don't really have anything specific that I dislike so I can go with the flow most of the times!
I can help you both in writing and speaking but I would strongly suggest practising/speaking to those who want to improve their English ASAP! As you speak and listen, you will eventually improve your vocab and get used to the proper grammar, and you will be achieving this not by memorisation but actual learning.
As for what I want from you, I would like you to teach me all about Japan. I don't only want to learn the language, but I want to learn more about its people and culture as I am considering a possibility where I want to work and live in Japan after I graduate.
Thanks for taking your time and reading all that!
Hope to hear from you soon,
Take care until then!
I work in the food industry and work with some pretty awesome people. They speak Tagalog/ Filipino and I'm picking it REAL SLOW... closer to not at all. I've tried a couple programs, but they haven't helped me actually speak it.
If you are willing to help someone at a VERY low level, I will accept the help!
My name is Yoko and I have been in Canada for working holiday.
I'm going back home in this November and I would like to make some new friends who are interested in studying Japanese.
I'm originally a pharmacist in Japan and I will start working in the end of November in Shizuoka prefecture for short term.
I'm easy going person but still struggling with English a lot.
Feel free to talk each other:)
