I study English, and I started studying Japanese. I am looking for friends who want to exchanging languages with me. I am always willing to help explain words or expressions in spanish that don't appear in any book, I'm patient and like to teach. I am a person who likes to know different types of people and make good friends, I consider myself funny but I am serious when it comes to explaining my language, so if you want to learn some expression or topic, or you don't know how to pronounce some words you can be sure that I'll explain it to you and I'll find the best way to teach you. And even if your native language is not the one I'm looking for, if you really want to practice and learn Spanish, contact me anyway, I'm always happy to help those who need it. I like to cook,I to read books, mystery movies, I like mythology, to learn new things, travel and I love the black coffee, animals and learning from other cultures.
I clarify only want to exchange language or make friends, I'm not looking for a relationship.
Hello wonderful people of the world! My name is Silas, I'm 24, born and raised in the U.S. I'm half black and half Native American (Choctaw specifically, my great grandmother was born and raised on a Native Reservation and my grandfather was born less than 20 miles off of it.) I'm a fluent speaker of both English and my mother language of Chahta Anno̱pa, (Choctaw language) and having growing up in a city with a lot of Spanish speakers I was formerly fluent in Spanish too. (A goal I'm working towards is getting back fluent in that language again!)
I'm an avid reader, writer and nature lover with a great joy for learning (and practicing) new languages. I'm very warm-hearted, kind, patient and compassionate with other people and I have a big heart for learning things about other people's culture and customs.
I feel like language is the doorway to the human soul, and for that reason I'm determined to learn and practice as many languages as possible. I'm actually on a mission to be able to fluently speak 9 languages by the end of 2025, which is only one year away!
I have a passion for learning new things and making friends with new people and will always make time to talk to you if you reach out to me.
If you have any questions about myself our my cultural upbringing, ask away! I promise you I'm a completely open book.
Look forward to learning more about your and your language soon, 😄

Also I'm thinking about taking up running in a few weeks. I travel a lot. It would be great to get some tips regarding what's worth seeing in Norway (Rogaland mostly) and western part of Europe.
That's all baout me for now. Waiting for your message! :)
I would like to practice Mandarin. I'm still a beginner but I think that talking with other people, sharing about our culture and hobbies will be a great motivation to continue studying. I can help you with your Spanish :) The point is to have fun!
Hello! I live in California, and I have long dreamed of visiting Norway, Denmark, and Sweden. I am now planning a trip to Scandinavia in 2026 with my husband and son, and I am learning Norwegian to prepare. I am very much a beginner and know about 200 words at this point.
My native language is English, and I also speak Spanish as a second language. I was born and raised in Miami, and I lived in Spain for a year in my mid 20’s. I would describe my Spanish as advanced.
