Hey yo, what's up peeps, I'm living and working in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. I teach English. I'm looking for some friends to help me understand Vietnamese. I wanna learn more, but I'm kinda lazy about learning. I like doing interesting things with interesting people. XD
Plus I love going out for coffee, eating at local restaurants, and hanging out with friends at nearby places. So if you're a cool person let's meet up and chillax. ^^
I'm more of a morning guy, so if you have free time during the day (ie. mornings or early afternoon) that suits my schedule. :)
If you live near my area, just say hi. Vietnamese or expats. I'm a Gold Member so I can message you back. 😎
Feel free to ask for my contact info.✌
I grew up in a perfect small country town in Canada. Clean air, easy life, and a good place for my early years. My parents raised me to go to church and I found faith in God at a young age.
In middle school, I moved to a big city in another province. The one with the biggest shopping mall in the world. It was quite a change for me. By the time I was in my senior year of high school, I was living away from my parents.
And when I went to university, I moved to yet another city far away. I was trying to discover myself. To find my purpose. After many years of study, I came to Asia to teach English. I had grown tired of my home country and wanted to see the world. I've lived in Korea and Vietnam, but Vietnam is where I settled down.
Now I live here with my family, and I try and keep busy. It's an extreme challenge every day for me to live in Vietnam, as I don't have the conveniences and luxuries I was used to back in Canada. I try to live like the locals, but I cannot always do that. So in the end, I am on a continuous journey to heaven, I am only visiting this planet. =)
