Hi! I am Daria, I'm 31 and I'm a native Russian speaker. I've been living in Finland for several years. I love the country but unfortunately, I don't need Finnish at work and in daily life in general so I don't know the Finnish language. Now I am intended to learn it to integrate into Finnish society and I know how it is important to use the language you learn from the very beginning of your study. So I would love to practice language exchange so we could help each other. I have practiced language exchange while learning English and it worked really well! I am fluent in English and by now I am a beginner in Finnish.

Hi! I'm 26 years old and I'm from Finland. Currently I work as a pediatric nurse. I speak Finnish, English, some Swedish and I studied Spanish for 3 years in high school (I understand more than I can speak). I'd like to learn Korean, and maybe talk to someone in Spanish so I wouldn't forget the language completely. Would also be nice to just speak English with someone :) As an opposite to my busy work atmosphere, I enjoy relaxing in my free time, for example playing games or watching series. My name is Roosa, I'm 28 and from Finland. I like to write poetry, drink tons of tea, travel, send snailmail, learn languages and paint. I also love animals, and I handfeed wild birds in our garden every winter. I've been learning Arabic for almost 3 years now, and I still feel like a beginner, though my knowledge of grammar and vocabulary has become larger lately. My biggest dream is to become fluent in Arabic. I'm especially interested in Levantine dialect, but at the moment I need to focus on fusha and MSA first. I hope to find new Arabic-speaking female friends / penpals to encourage me with my studies. Maybe we could even practise together.
