We are using "Traditional Chinese"(also called Complex Chinese sometimes) in Taiwan, compare with the Simple Chinese which China used, Traditional Chinese is a bit more complex in writing and reading, but the characters have more meaning and beautiful than Simplified one.

Looking forward to hear from you.
